Frayser 2020 Community Revitalization Planning Update
The FRAYSER 2020 Community Revitalization Planning Process initial phase was completed on March 31, 2014. Our main priority for this phase was public safety as youth crime, particularly burglaries, continues to be a problem in the Frayser community. As a result, the Frayser Neighborhood Council, partnered with the community and stakeholders to seek ways to improve this problem and decrease crime rates in the Frayser.
Below are eight initial solutions that were presented to assist in addressing these problems:

This report has been forwarded to Washington, D.C. for review by the Federal Management Team (includes the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), U.S. Department of Education (DoED), U.S. Department of Treasury (USTD).
Please note, this only the first phase of our findings that extend until June 1 and the next report will address housing, economic development/jobs, education and health issues along with possible solutions. Your input and involvement is needed now more than ever!

- Blight removal initiative
